Summer!

Summer in Kelliher includes trips to the lake or nearby swimming pools (just 5 or 15 minutes away), people busy in their gardens and farming for many. 

Golfing and golf  tournaments at the Kelliher 9-hole Sand Green Golf Course are another favorite past-time.  There are also many more golf courses within a short drive of the village. 

Also through-out the summer there are slow-pitch tournaments and sports days to attend in nearby towns and villages.

Kelliher Branch Library holds a Summer Reading Program for school age children and a fun Craft Hour for the kids once a week.
